Our journey began with a shared passion
The Unique Paranormal team came together in 2023, starting as a small group after gaining invaluable experience working for another paranormal company. We quickly formed a unique bond, not just through our shared love of the paranormal, but also through a friendship that has never wavered. We genuinely enjoy working together and respect each other's approaches. Since then, our team has grown from 6 to 15 members, each bringing their own special qualities to our investigations and events.

As we've mentioned, each of our lovely team members possesses special qualities that collectively make us the unique team we are. Within our ranks, we have several gifted mediums, many insightful empaths, and individuals who simply relish the thrill of paranormal investigation. This diverse range of experiences and abilities ensures that we approach every location and every event with a comprehensive and exciting perspective.

Hello, I'm Jennie
My professional journey has always centered around education. I've had the pleasure of working as a teaching assistant, child support worker, preschool room leader, and even a lunchtime supervisor. I've been told I have a special connection with the children in my care. These roles have brought me immense joy, and I genuinely miss them!
In addition to my educational background, I am a medium and an empath with a passion for the paranormal and spiritual realms. I believe these aspects are intertwined; one cannot exist without the other. When I enter a space, I often sense subtle energies and emotions, which unfortunately extends to my interactions with people as well. So, what role do I play in the paranormal community? As mentioned, I'm a social media enthusiast! You can find our social links on this site. I love live streaming our events, but I also enjoy the thrill of investigating. I conduct my investigation with spirit as respectfully and as honest as I am able. My natural inclination to organize often makes me appear a bit bossy—something my team can attest to—but it’s all in good spirit. This also makes me well-suited for public speaking; I just need to learn when to pause!
My love for learning has led me to become a Reiki Master and Demonologist, amongst a few others. Very interesting pairing I admit but one is Spiritual, the other, supernatural or non-human entities. Don't get me started on explaining, I am running out of space :)

"Hi, I'm Nikki, a qualified beauty therapist by profession and a passionate paranormal investigator outside of my day job.
My fascination with the paranormal has been with me for as long as I can remember. I believe I have a natural sensitivity to spirit energy, which allows me to approach investigations with both intuition and an open mind. Alongside my own abilities, I use a variety of paranormal investigation equipment to document and explore unexplained activity.
I enjoy investigating historic buildings, haunted locations and places with reported paranormal experiences. Every investigation is approached with respect, professionalism and a genuine desire to understand what people are experiencing. While I have never assume every event has a paranormal cause, I carefully investigate each case, combining personal observations with evidence gathered through equipment.
My goal is to explore the unknown, share my experiences honestly and connect with others who have a passion for the paranormal."
Meet Kerry-Anne AKA Villamae: The calming presence. Kerry-Ann is one of a newer member of the team but has fitted in really well.
"My name is Kerryann and I have been a member of Unique Paranormal since June 2025. I've had a deep fascination with the paranormal and spiritual connections since I was a young girl.
Alongside being a mom to two young daughters and working a full time day job with my husband at a local football club, I continue to pursue my passion as a paranormal investigator in my spare time.
I am a qualified reiki master and meditation teacher. I am very committed to discovering accurate, credible and meaningful evidence during investigations to prove that there really is 'an afterlife,!"
Introducing Tammie: Tammie joined the team last year and has shown her abilities as an empath and medium.
"My name is Tammie I'm 25 and I have always been drawn to the unknown.
As a paranormal investigator and medium, I am passionate about exploring the unexplained with an open mind, honesty and respect. Being a medium has allowed me to connect with spirit in a way that has shaped who I am. I believe that every place, every person, and every experience has a story, and I approach each investigation with compassion rather than fear. My aim is to seek understanding while remaining respectful to both the living and those in spirit. Paranormal investigating is much more than a hobby, it's a calling. I love using investigative equipment alongside my intuition, and working with others to explore evidence carefully and objectively. Every investigation is an opportunity to learn something new.
For me, the paranormal is about discovery, connection and preserving the stories that might otherwise be forgotten. I hope that through my work as both a medium and investigator, I can continue learning, helping others and sharing my passion for the unexplained."
Meet Anne. The historian and the keen observer. New to the team but already an asset in more ways than one!
"My name is Anne, I am a sprightly 48 years young. I have always felt that there is something out there, beyond the grave.
I have seen shadows out of the corner of my eye and even see things in my house. I have wanted to get involved in paranormal investigations for quite a while. Then I found out that my school friend, Nicola, was in a paranormal group. She asked me to go along with her on an investigation in 2023 and I haven't stopped doing them since. I have recently found out that I am an empath. So I sense energy in the room.
I love doing them. and finding out about the history of places that we go to and try to communicate with any spirits that are there, find out their story. I love learning new things, how equipment works and how my fellow investigators use their skills.
We are a great group of people who love what we do and have lots of laughs and sometimes tears on investigations."
